Boreal Workshop does not collect, use, or store personal information for any purposes other than completing a financial transaction when you purchase goods from us. We do not share your information with any third party, and we commit to notifying you if we become aware of issues related to data being compromised.
All custom orders are non-refundable and final sale, we will confirm order details with you before payment and shipping. As jewellery is personal in nature we do not offer returns or exchanges, we do offer repair or replacement for defects in workmanship or materials. Client is responsible for shipping charges associated with repair or resizing work orders.
We offer free shipping on most orders in Canada and also ship internationally. In stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. For custom items the expected completion date will appear on your order and will ship 1-3 business days from that date. The client is responsible for all duties, import, customs and/or taxes and Boreal Workshop is not responsible for these charges. All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance, the client may choose to add additional insurance for larger orders. Please note Boreal Workshop cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part. Please contact us directly for custom shipping requirements.
